Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Exchange Conditions
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide photos as proof, and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you.
Refund Process
- Contact us via email or through our contact page, and describe the reason for your return.
- We will respond within 2 business days and provide the return address.
- Once the returned item is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (except in cases of defective items).
